Beringer Private Reserve Cab Sauv - Vintage 2017 is our 43rd release. To make these small-production wines, fifth-generation winemaker Mark Beringer chooses the best lots from our reserve vineyards in the Napa Valley, each demonstrating a different aspect of Napa’s prized terroir.
VINIFICATION : Vineyard lots harvested and vinified separately Aged 20 months in new French oak (80% new), 16 months in bottle
