Paul Hobbs, Crossbarn Cabernet Sauvignon 2018

Produced from fruit from carefully selected vineyards in prime appellations in the Napa Valley. Aged for 20 months in French and American oak. Aromas of ripe blackberry, red currant, cacao and cigar box harmonise with freshly crushed wild berry, allspice and sweet tobacco. Layers of red and black cherry alongside marked minerality, framed by fine grain tannins evolving throughout a long, energetic finish.
